Michael Pinney - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Michael Pinney represents commercial and corporate customers'' interests in lease and property transactions.

Mr. Pinney brings eleven years of commercial real estate experience, first as a facilities director for several companies including two Broadway production companies, Classic Media, a media licensing firm, KPE and Mobilocity, two internet related companies that merged in 2001, and since 2004 as a broker. Working on the tenant side, he executed a number of real estate transactions and gained a wealth of knowledge about the inner workings of real estate deals. Also in this capacity, Mr. Pinney supervised several million dollars worth of construction and developed a keen understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of a given space''s attributes. Michael is a generalist with a broad range of experiences that serve him well in his capacity as a real estate broker and advisor. Early experiences with data management have evolved into an interest in databases and data mining. For Signature Partners, he developed a large proprietary database of tenant information and manages their direct marketing efforts.
