Michael Hale - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Michael Hale serves as Vice President of leasing for our Dallas real estate team. Michael is responsible for leasing activities on all existing Dallas properties held in our REIT portfolio and our actively managed funds. His responsibilities include lease renewals, lease assignments and subleases for existing tenants in addition to providing information on current market conditions and providing underwriting assistance on acquisitions and developments.
Mr. Hale received his Bachelors of Business Administration in marketing and his Masters of Business Administration in finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.

He is a licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute. Less
