Michael Crystal - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Michael Crystal joined Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona as an Associate Director in the Office Properties Division. Michael has established a reputation for being dedicated first and foremost to his clients. Michael’s efforts are concentrated in office leasing and sales, representing landlords and tenants in metropolitan Phoenix, specifically in the Central Business District, Camelback & The 44th Street Corridors.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Michael was an Associate Vice President with Colliers International - Phoenix, where he was a member of the top producing office leasing team.

Since beginning his career with CBRE in 2004, Michael has leased over 5 million square feet of office space and has been involved in more than 100 lease transactions annually. Michael has canvassed and cold called over 10 million square feet of competing office product on behalf of his clients. Less
