Meryl Ehrenkranz - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Meryl Ehrenkranz, Senior Vice President joined Newmark Associates, Inc. in 1997. Her career in real estate was established in 1987 as a representative of Gebroe-Hammer Associates specializing in investment sales.

Throughout her tenure at Newmark Associates, Ms. Ehrenkranz has been responsible for the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties throughout the Northern and Central New Jersey marketplace. Her most recent transactions have included the strategic planning and execution of a redevelopment of an obsolete office complex for use as a multi tenanted medical facility.

She was also recently appointed the Exclusive Marketing Agent for a 60,000 sq. ft., newly renovated office complex in West Orange. Within only months of receiving the assignment, she was successful in bringing the building to 100% occupancy.

Her skill set continues to produce valued results for her customers and clients. In addition to her busy career, she is an active board member of Jespy House, a residential and out client facility dedicated to young adults with learning disabilities. Less
