Mereille Najm - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mereille Najm joined Spectrum Business and Realty Group as Chief Operating Officer in October, 2008, following a highly successful career as a commercial real estate agent at Plumer & Associates, Inc. Realtors. In less than 2 years at Plumer, Ms. Najm secured over six million dollars in exclusive listings and was involved in transactions totaling over ten million dollars. Ms. Najm attributes her success to her dedication to the commercial real estate business, her capability to add value for her clients, and most importantly, her ability to produce results. Ms. Najm’s success in Philadelphia real estate activity and her proven leadership abilities made her the top choice for COO of Spectrum.

Prior to becoming involved in commercial real estate, Ms. Najm spent seven years as an Engineer in the semiconductor industry. During this time, Ms Najm led a team of engineers in improving the operations of one of the country’s largest semiconductor clean rooms. This included the deployment of process control programs, scheduling software, and successful project management implementations. She also conducted factory visits in Far East Asia. Ms. Najm has also branched out on different entrepreneurial ventures in the foodservice and fashion industries.

Ms. Najm is a graduate and Presidential Scholar of Lehigh University's College of Engineering & Applied Science, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Management Science. Ms. Najm is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Realtors, the PA Association of Realtors, Professional Women’s Roundtable, and Greenpeace. She is active in local organizations including Commercial Real Estate Women. Ms. Najm is also an alumnus of Alpha Pi Mu and the prestigious Student Associate Program of Lehigh University's Martindale Center for the Study of Private Enterprise. Less
