Melanie began her career in commercial real estate in 1979. Since that time, she has leased office, industrial and retail properties in the municipalities of Arlington, Carrollton, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Grand Prairie, Plano and Richardson, Texas. She has specialized in Landlord and Owner Representation and has leased over 30 commercial properties throughout the Metroplex for both private and institutional owners. She has consummated over 1,000 transactions during her career.
