Matt Sichel - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Matt Sichel is the Senior Leasing Broker at Elliott Associates. He joined the firm in 1995 as a property manager, and in 1998 his expertise deemed him the perfect person to start the Leasing Services department at EA. His job includes landlord listings, tenant representation, and new business development.

His successes were honored in 2006 when he received the Top Ten Retail Power Broker Award for the number of transactions successfully completed. He averages 40 leasing transactions a year and is involved in an average of one to three investment transactions per year.

He came to Elliott Associates with six years of property management experience, and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Southern Oregon State University. He is a member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is studying for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Matt is married to Joan, a registered nurse, has two children and lives in Portland. He is an avid cyclist and skier. Less
