Matt Fair - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Matt Fair joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services as a commercial real estate broker. His primary concentration is in the office division of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services where he focuses on tenant and landlord representation as well as investment sales. Matt manages the strategic leasing efforts for several downtown Providence office buildings and is the exclusive leasing broker for the 60,000 square foot "iBuilding" at 170 Westminster Street.

His financial and market analyses have helped clients in a diverse cross-section of industries - from financial services to media design - realize cost savings and improved efficiency through solid real estate strategy.

Mr. Fair is a graduate and active alumnus of the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication. During his time in Charleston, he interned with Merrill Lynch in their regional headquarters office. Less
