Martina Crevecoeur

Martina joined International Capital in 1999. Before relocating to the US, she worked for various large corporations in Germany, her last position being with a consulting engineers company in Essen, Martina is a CCIM Designee, a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry and holds a Texas real estate license. She is responsible for International Capital‘s underwriting of new acquisition opportunities, the disposition of income properties and is the senior liaison for German-speaking foreign investors. Martina has closed dozens of transactions over the years and leads the acquisition/disposition due diligence and closing activities.
