I am the President as well as a Partner at Sam Segar & Associates, Inc. I joined the firm after active duty in the United States Army, where I served as commanding officer of a nuclear missile site in Europe. In my twenty four years with the firm, I have always been the leader in sales volume. I achieved recognition for this success in real estate sales by being selected by the CMLS Awards Committee as both a Gold and Silver recipient for commercial sales volume in the Hampton Roads area. In addition, I hold a CCIM designation granted by the Commercial Investment Council of the National Association of Realtors. I am a lifelong resident of the Tidewater Area and received my B.A. degrees from Virginia Military Institute. Less
