Mark Wilson - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mark Wilson was born in Littleton, Colorado; however, he grew up in Western Springs, Illinois. Attended Lyons Township High School. Received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Real Estate Finance from the University of Illinois in 1987.

After graduation, he began his career at Equitec Properties Company in Oak Brook. One year later, went to work for Stahelin Properties as a Marketing Representative. Mark’s responsibilities include the developing, leasing, and contracting for the company’s portfolio. In the past 20 years, Stahelin Properties has grown from a 500,000 s.f. portfolio to 1,200,000 s.f.

Through persistence, effective negotiation, and follow-up, successfully achieved office, industrial, and leasing transaction is excess of $165 million dollars. This can be attributed to the establishment of a solid marketing approach and long term relationship to the commercial broker community in the Chicago suburban markets, primarily in the East West and Northwest corridors.

Grown out of the need to service new and existing client’s MAS Brokerage, LLC. was established. MAS Brokerage, LLC has accounted for sales and leasing of $22 million dollars. MAS has been able to take advantage of the well establish name of Stahelin Properties to assist in the leasing and sale of client’s properties.
