Mark Silverman has more than 18 years of experience as a professional in the San Diego commercial real estate market. After graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1983, Mark returned to his native San Diego and entered the real estate business, specializing in sales and acquisitions of commercial properties in San Diego County.
Prior to joining San Diego Commercial Real Estate Services in 1998, Mark was a top real estate agent at Grubb & Ellis Company. During his years at Grubb & Ellis, Mark began establishing long-term business relationships with many of his clients. A member of both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors (SDCCAR), Mark has successfully represented a wide range of clients with headquarters both in and out of the San Diego region, such as Vulcan Materials, City of Santee Redevelopment Agency, U.S. Bank, United States General Services Administration, and many others.
Mark is known by both his clients and his colleagues for his honesty and integrity, as well as his ability to navigate through multiple obstacles in order to provide the best representation possible to his clients.
