Mark Erickson - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mr. Erickson joined the Charleston, SC office of Coppedge and Tison in 2006. As a commercial real estate broker, he has been instrumental in assisting his clients with the sale and leasing of office and industrial buildings, and sales of retail and land sites. Tennille & Company, formerly The Plantation Shop, an Atlanta based home furnishings company with stores around the Southeast appointed Mr. Erickson their exclusive real estate agent for all their real estate requirements.

Mr. Erickson has been involved in commercial property management and development in Atlanta for over ten years. He developed, operated and sold several Car Wash businesses and Chevron Convenience Centers in the greater Atlanta area.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Erickson held various management positions at Transport South, a Racetrac Petroleum company. He was instrumental in the mergers and acquisitions of various sized trucking companies throughout the Southeast.

Mr. Erickson is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He is also a member of the North Charleston Rotary Club, The Charleston Motor Carriers Association, CTAR, Loopnet, Co Star, and The South Carolina and Georgia Realtors Association.

Clients include Tennille & Company, UBS Financial, New York Life, Elite Flooring, MVP Group, The Garden Zone, Coastal Transformation, Sabal Medical, Paul Mitchell, Propac, Abrasives Inc. and Beacon Communications.
