Mark Demetre is an industrial properties specialist advising property owners in the marketing of properties for lease and sale, including several major industrial developments, to potential prospects throughout the nation. He directs the marketing plan development for the team’s exclusive listings; negotiates sales, leases, subleases and lease renewals; provides regular progress reporting to property owners; and provides escrow / due diligence services. Mark has been the Sacramento Regions Top Industrial Broker three of the last five years.

Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Mark served for ten years as a Senior Vice President in the industrial department at Colliers International. Prior to that, he was a senior broker for 16 years at CB Richard Ellis.

Mark has averaged more than 125 transactions per year since 1997 with he and his team having leased or sold more than 35 million square feet of industrial property and sold over 6,400 acres of land.
