Mark Davis - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mark A. Davis is considered the foremost expert on medical real estate in the Twin Cities market area. With over twenty years of experience and 5,000,000 sq. ft. of medical leasing sales, development, construction and consulting projects in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan market, Mark has established himself as the leading medical real estate broker in Minnesota. Past and present clients have included individual physicians, multi-specialty medical groups, hospitals, large healthcare organizations and HMO’s. In addition, the firm has represented numerous corporate clients in the sale, purchase, development or leasing of office and industrial facilities.

Recent notable projects in the past two years have included the 150,000 sq. ft. lease for Allina Health System at Midtown Exchange, the $20M sale of two Class A medical buildings, the purchase of two prime land parcels for a large healthcare provider in St. Paul, and 70 individual medical leasing transactions, representing either the medical group or the medical building owner. A representative list of Mark’s clients include Allina Health System, Children’s Hospitals and Clinics, Healthcare Property Investors, Camden Physicians, Nath Companies, Paul Larson OB/GYN Clinic, Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation, Phillips Eye Institute, St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Noran Neurological Clinic and Hospice of the Twin Cities.

Prior to entering the real estate business, Mark was the Sales and Marketing Controller of Josten’s Year Book Division and a financial analyst with General Mills. In addition, Mark was the managing owner and CFO of a six-store chain of luggage stores called Great Luggage, and the owner/president of Pool & Davis, Inc. dba Truffles Chocolatier (City Center).

Mark received his Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from the College of St. Thomas. He earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Arizona State University in accounting. He is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, Minnesota Medical Group Management Association, President of the Eden Prairie Foxjet Swim Team (15 years) and received the prestigious Volunteer of the Year Award from the Minneapolis Junior League. Less
