Mark Chubb - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mark is a co-leader of Colliers Northeast Distribution & Logistics Group, which focuses on providing expert real estate services to occupants and owners of bulk warehouses and distribution facilities. His local market coverage is Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Northern Maryland and Southern New Jersey. However, he has served many clients beyond his local market by providing site/facility selection and valuation services throughout the United States. Over the past three years Mark has represented many prominent organizations on both the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller side of the transaction, which projects have totaled over 10 million square feet of space.

He is on the steering committee of Colliers International''s Multimodal Service Group and a member of Colliers International''s National Industrial Advisory Board.

Mark previously worked at Harvey Development Company, a prominent, regional development company with a focus on industrial properties. There he served as an Asset and Property Manager, ultimately responsible for the management of over 2,000,000 square feet of space. He was also involved in all most all aspects of the day-to-day operation including leasing, acquisition, property assemblage, construction and tenant communication.
