Marilee Barone - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

For over 20 years, Marilee has had the privilege of gaining experience with local companies. Her background consists of professional sales for a Fortune 500 company, Standard Register Co., and general construction for Mar-Paul Construction Co. Inc. She currently oversees all operations of a property management company responsible for 18 units in Lackawanna County. Real estate sales seemed to be a natural fit.

Since Semian & Gress Real Estate opened their doors in December 2005, Marilee has worked both residential and commercial areas under the direction of President George Semian.

In 1984, upon graduation from Dunmore High School, Marilee continued her education at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY being awarded with an academic/athletic scholarship. In 1986 she returned home to the University of Scranton to pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of accounting while using up her basketball eligibility. She received her degree in May of 1989. Marilee is an active registered real estate salesperson, as well as a member of the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.

Northeast Pennsylvania is a great place to live. In 1986, when returning to the University of Scranton, she knew this is the place she wanted to raise her family. Marilee currently resides in Dunmore with her husband Jeff and their three children, Marisa, John and Caroline. Less
