Marc Isdaner - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Marc joined Colliers Lanard & Axilbund in 1993 after the real estate firm for which he worked, Rosenfeld, Inc., was acquired by Colliers Lanard & Axilbund. Marc specializes in the leasing and sale/acquisition of commercial and industrial properties in Southern New Jersey.

Education
1982 Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Boston University (Magna Cum Laude).

Achievements


Marc has represented many local and national firms in the leasing and sale of commercial and industrial properties. He is especially adept at developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the properties and clients he represents. For the past five years, Marc has been recognized by CoStar as one of the region's Top 20 Industrial Leasing Brokers. In 2006, he was recognized as one of First Industrial Realty Trust's elite First Place Brokers.

Prior to joining Colliers L&A, Marc served as Vice President at Rosenfeld Inc., an 80-year-old commercial and industrial real estate firm in Cherry Hill, NJ and as a Senior Sales Associate at Daum/Johnston American in Newport Beach, CA.

Marc is involved in various real estate related organizations and has been a speaker for the New Jersey Tax Assessors Continuing Education Program. He is also an advisory board member of Anchor Bank, NA; Past President of the Camden County Division of The American Heart Association; the recipient of numerous awards and leadership recognition by the New Jersey State Affiliate; and a Guinness Book of World Records record holder. Less
