Mal has been an Industrial Real Estate specialist since 1985, and has spent his entire career at NAI Mertz. Mal Shreibman has been a member of SIOR since 1996, is a member of multiple professional organizations, and has been a recipient of the NAI All Stars Award. Recently, in 2008 Mal had the largest transaction within the NJ SIOR chapter and in 2007 was recipient of the Broker All-Stars award, presented by Real Estate New Jersey Magazine. In 2004, Mal was recognized by CoStar Group Inc. as being among the Top 25 Brokers in the Philadelphia area as well as being named Broker of the Year for the Philadelphia Region by First Industrial Realty Trust. In 2003, Mal was named Broker of the Year by ProLogis, a leading provider of distribution facilities and services in North America, Europe and Asia.
