Lynn Dulin, Senior Commercial Investment Consultant for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. has been licensed to sell real estate for over twenty five years. Since attaining the industry’s top credentials in commercial real estate, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS), Lynn has been involved solely in the field of Commercial and Investment Real Estate.

The CCIM is a prestigious national designation awarded to persons completing more than 240 hours of graduate-level courses in commercial-investment real estate. A CCIM is skilled in all phases of investment and commercial real estate. The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) has recognized only 10,000 CCIM’s internationally to date. Lynn was the first woman in Maryland to earn these credentials.

The SIOR designation is earned by individuals who have met rigorous requirements based on their outstanding knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, professional and educational background, and adherence to ethical standards. An SIOR is a proven specialist worthy of your confidence and trust. With certified training and an average 20 years’ experience, an SIOR can perform not only as a broker, but as a tenant representative, consultant, investment specialist and marketing specialist. The SIOR is also an expert estimator, appraiser, investment specialist, site selector, broker, and negotiator.

Lynn is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and regularly participates in the ICSC programs relating to shopping center law, leasing and development. Lynn attends the ICSC programs presented at Wharton.

Lynn opened the Commercial Division for the Charles H. Steffey Company in Annapolis, MD in 1978 and continued as both Associate Broker/Manager and top commercial salesperson of this Company until being recruited to join Merrill Lynch Realty’s Commercial Division in Severna Park, MD, in 1981. She subsequently joined Chris Coile in a new start up real estate firm, Champion Realty, Inc. and opened the firm’s Commercial Division in 1986. In 2008 Lynn joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT’s first local office in Annapolis, MD.

Lynn is considered the top commercial broker in Annapolis/Anne Arundel County, Maryland both in commercial real estate knowledge and in sales and leasing volume. She has closed well in excess of $100,000,000.00 in career volume and consistently is a top producer in sales and leasing within her market.

Lynn continues to be actively involved in three vital organizations: The National Association of REALTORS, the Maryland Association of REALTORS (located in Annapolis, MD) and the Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS. Within these organizations she has been instrumental in formulating policy affecting the commercial brokerage area and policy in the general real estate community. Lynn was REALTOR of the Year for the Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS and has since served as the President of the then 3,500 member Association. She is a past president of the Anne Arundel Commercial and Industrial Association (AACIA), a brokerage and allied professional group which meets to discuss available commercial properties.

Lynn is an active spokesperson and has been a Speaker both on the national level and on the local and state levels. Lynn was the first female instructor in the area of commercial real estate in the State GRI (Graduate REALTORS Program), instructing in “Introduction to Business Real Estate” and “Commercial Real Estate” at Towson State University.
