Scope of Service Experience
Since 1984, Lynann Pinkham has specialized in retail leasing, shopping center management, investment property sales, pad site listings and sales and land sales. Lynann has worked closely with multiple landlords and owners, as well as tenant representation. Lynann is considered by the real estate community to be the "retail" expert in her market area. Lynann's scope of work and knowledge is focused primarily in Corpus Christi and the surrounding areas. She has worked projects in Kingsville, Alice, Beeville, Port Aransas, Ingleside, Portland, Rockport and others.

Background & Experience
Lynann Pinkham was raised in Northeast Texas and has been active in the real estate market since 1984. Upon graduating from Texas A&M University with a Master's Degree in Real Estate, Lynann began work with Tom Turner Interests in San Antonio. Lynann's duties at Tom Turner Interests included the leasing for newly developed H.E.B Grocery anchored centers. In 1987, Lynann relocated to Corpus Christi to begin work with Trammell Crow Company. At Trammell Crow Company she was responsible for the leasing and management of approximately 750,000 square feet of retail. In 1998, Lynann joined NAI Cravey Real Estate Services, Inc. Her scope of work now includes the management and leasing of approximately 25% of the retail projects in Corpus Christi. In addition, Lynann has been actively involved in the disposition of retail projects and retail pad sites. Her customer list includes: H.E. Butt Grocery Company, Hunt Development, Ltd., David Cottrell Investments, Family Dollar, Castle Dental, U.S. Armed Services, General Nutrition Corporation, Wingstop, SuperCuts, Fowler Property Acquistions, Navy Federal Credit Union and others.
