Lyn joined Colliers in 2001 concentrating primarily on industrial, land and flex properties. For 16 years prior to joining Colliers, he was owner and CEO of an equipment sales and leasing company. During that time he acquired extensive real estate experience as an active owner and developer of commercial projects in the Greenville area. Since joining Colliers, Lyn has been involved in a broad spectrum of industrial, land, flex and investment transactions in the Upstate South Carolina market.
