Lori Hake - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Lori Hake joined Judson & Associates, s.c. in November of 2006. Lori brings twelve years of experience in Industrial Sales and two years of Commercial Real Estate with another local real estate firm. Lori’s broad knowledge in Industrial sales has given her a keen insight of the internal workings of large and small companies. Her aggressive approach will benefit her customers and clients. While at Judson, Lori has expanded her knowledge to include Office and Commercial properties and specializes in Waukesha County.

Lori’s responsibilities with Judson & Associates, s.c. include Buyer/Tenant representations for property sales and leases plus working with commercial developers in the sale or purchase of vacant land. She focuses on the office market, and is knowledgeable in industrial and retail properties as well.

Lori is a member of The Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals of Wisconsin (CARW), The National Association of Realtors (NAR), and The Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA). She is active in Waukesha County Chambers of Commerce, and Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women (WCREW). Less
