I have served on the Industrial Parks Committee for the Indian River Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Committee for the Chamber. I currently serve as Chairman of the Indian River Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber serves as the economic development agency for Indian River County. I am familiar with the county s economic incentives for new and expanding business as well as our enterprise zone. I have been actively involved in the county s economic development plan and the comprehensive development plan. Our firm markets commercial, office and industrial buildings and land for sale and lease. Property management and development disposition are also available.

Since 1978 I have participated in vacant land sales for citrus groves, shopping centers, office buildings and residential developments. I have primarily worked with sellers to market their property and buyers to find property in Indian River, St. Lucie and Brevard counties. I also represent landlords and tenants in the region.
