A native of Dallas, Ms. Richter is a 1974 graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has held the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) since 1985 and is a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). A member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Dallas and the National Network, she serves on the Board as Director of Membership for 2003. Ms. Richter has served as Chair for CREW-Connect, Co-chair for the Players Committee for the Classic 2002 and on the Membership Committee.
