Lee began her commercial real estate career in 2006 after spending almost 15 years working for such companies as Frito-Lay International, Pepsi-Cola and MCI in various sales and marketing positions. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management, also known as Thunderbird. Her career change to real estate came from a love of the field after buying an investment property in the Lake Tahoe area.

She is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients before, during, and after the selling process. Lee believes in being a hard-working advocate for her clients and ensuring that there is a beneficial situation for all parties involved.
