Broker/Owner of Latus Commercial Realty since 2005, directing real estate brokerage and management services. Prior to forming Latus, Ms. Martin spent 17 years with a Pennsylvania family in their private family office where she was responsible for providing numerous business and investment management services for clients. She was the portfolio manager for a 300,000 square foot investment real estate portfolio consisting of 12 buildings; commercial office, medical, retail, flex warehouse and specialty use facilities as well as directing the construction, acquistion, renovation and management of numerous residential and commercial properties. She was responsible for implementing risk management and assest protection strategies for clients.
