Larry brings over 9 years of leadership and experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Marketing. As a long time resident and investor in the Atlanta Real Estate Market, Larry not only developed his own real estate portfolio but to date he has successfully assisted with over $120 million in sales and leasing transactions. Most recently Larry was involved as the listing broker for a finalist in "Atlanta''s Biggest Land Transactions of 2008", as voted by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Larry assisted the seller with a 4 acre assemblage valued at $7 million. His formal understanding and education of office leasing and sales was critical in the success of over $17 million in sales of Office Condominiums.
