Lance W Taylor - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Lance Taylor recently joined Stream Realty Partners, along with his partner Robin Smith, to create Stream Realty Partners Retail Division. He has 19 years experience and has completed in excess of 7.7 million square feet of transactions totaling in excess of $600,00,000 and developed an additional $250,000,000 square feet of ground up developments, de-malling and/or renovation projects.

Most recently, Lance was a Director at The Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs Company, and was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the acquisition, development, construction management and leasing teams and asset managing the 405,000 square foot Fairlane Green Phase I in Allen Park, Michigan and the approximate 950,000 square foot Alamo Ranch Shopping Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Prior to joining The Archon Group, Lance worked at P.O’B. Montgomery & Company. His experience has provided him intimate knowledge with transaction related document, municipality incentive, and shopping center operating document negotiation.
