Kyle Jacobs - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Kyle Jacobs joined Stream Realty Partners in 2003 and is concentrated on tenant and buyer/seller representation and investment opportunities under Stream’s principal arm. As the tenant/buyer’s representative, Kyle concentrates on serving user’s needs, whether it is a lease transaction or purchase. Responsibilities include market surveys, competitive request for proposals, value engineering of construction, lease reviews, site selections, cost analysis, debt placement, leveraged and un-leveraged returns, value enhancement analysis, market analysis, and maximization of disposition proceeds.
Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Kyle worked for Staubach Capital Partners focusing on arbitrage acquisitions and selling CVS Pharmacy portfolios. His responsibilities for the CVS portfolio included targeting the 1031 market and selling bi-annual packages that consisted of approximately 90 stores. Prior to working at Staubach Capital Partners, Kyle worked with Stream Realty Partners, where he developed a strong background in commercial real estate tenant representation and leasing. Kyle’s strengths include a comprehensive understanding of the value each tenant’s lease contributes to a landlord’s asset or portfolio.
