Kolbe has been a licensed Texas real estate broker for over twenty five years. In 1997, he opened Curtice Commercial Real Estate in Sugar Land where the fast paced growth in Fort Bend County has propelled him into a broad spectrum of real estate solutions from complex land development action plans to easing first time business owners into an office or retail space. Prior to opening his own office, he spent eleven years with Weingarten Realty Investors where he handled leasing and asset management for shopping centers in Houston, Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Austin.
