Kevin Jappaya - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Since 2006 the Thomas A. Duke Company has counted Kevin among its proven assets. An exceptional work ethic drives him to meet the needs and expectations of his clients with utmost professionalism, and his academic degree in accounting enables him to consistently work the numbers to clients’ advantage.

Lenders and court appointed receivers, too, have sought out Kevin for help with the disposition of many REO assets, including a 28,000 square-foot office building in West Bloomfield, 13 acres of land in Commerce Township, and a 7,000 square-foot retail building in Southfield. His versatility is evident from the range of his projects—from representing both tenants and landlords in office and retail lease transactions in downtown Birmingham to listing and selling multiple investment properties across southeast Michigan. He’s presently working with the Amerilodge Group on a number of hotel land acquisitions throughout the state. Kevin approaches each project with an assertive, results-driven mind that yields optimal real estate solutions for his clients.

The Chaldean-American Chamber of Commerce saw these strengths and tapped Kevin to be Vice Chairman of its board. The Livingston County Convention and Visitors Bureau have also enlisted him as a current board member and past Chairman. While pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Kevin is still actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR).
