Kevin E. Hunter moved to Austin in 1998 where he established a full service real estate firm, HTH Capital, Ltd. with partner, David Trotter. Mr. Hunter and his management team are responsible for the day to day development, leasing and management of medical office buildings in Central Texas.

Mr. Hunter graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Prior to forming HTH he worked in Houston, Texas for Arthur Andersen as a public auditor and Simmons and Company International as an investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital financings. Less
