Ken has 21 years experience in the Phoenix Metropolitan Commercial Real Estate market. He has sold over $440 Million dollars of commercial real estate and completed a multitude of lease transactions. Ken was one of the three founding members of EBS & Associates (“EBS”), a commercial real estate firm from December 1999 until its merger with Commercial Properties, Inc., (CPI) in October 2009.
