Mr. Fisher is Vice President of Investment Sales for Stream Realty Partners and directs Stream Realty Partners' investment sales business, having led the firm in this capacity since 1999. Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Mr. Fisher served as an asset manager and dispositions broker with Faison-Stone, Inc., with responsibility for managing and disposing of assets in a 686,000 square foot office building portfolio. In total, Mr. Fisher has directed the investment sales and acquisition of over $290 million worth of office buildings throughout his career. Mr. Fisher holds the CCIM designation and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the North Texas CCIM chapter, serving as its Education Chairman. Mr. Fisher also serves on the Dallas Young Executive Board for Compass Bank. Mr. Fisher is a member of The Real Estate Council and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Mr. Fisher was recently recognized as a "Heavy Hitter" by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the top investment sale brokers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
