Justin Collins joined WEICHERT, REALTORS® - First Chicago with a passion for any and all real estate transactions. Whether it’s a multi-million dollar sale of commercial property or a 2 year lease of a 600 SF basement space, he provides his clients with dedication and perseverance to complete the deal in a professional and ethical manner.

Before becoming a Realtor and joining the First Chicago team, Justin worked for Aon Risk Services as a commercial insurance broker for 5 years. At Aon, he worked on numerous real estate transactions that involved the placement of insurance contracts. He gained fluency with the language of complex contracts and honed his negotiating skills while working on the toughest of real estate deals. Prior to his employment with Aon, Justin worked for AIG and The Hartford as an insurance underwriter. With these companies, Justin obtained valuable experience with the risk management and due diligence of property, casualty, and environmental insurance that were oftentimes an important part of real estate transactions.

With over 11 years of experience working in the commercial insurance industry, Justin’s knowledge, experience and negotiating skills are a valuable asset in the world of both commercial and residential real estate.
