Julius C Tabert - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Julius Tabert serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness/The Group Commercial, LLC, specializing in the sale and leasing of office and industrial property throughout Northern Colorado. With more than 15 years of industry experience Tabert has secured more than 500 transactions in Great Britain, Germany and the United States, resulting in a combined brokerage volume in excess of $620 million.

Prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness, Tabert served as a broker/partner with The Group, Inc. Real Estate in Loveland, Colorado. Within four years Tabert established himself as one of the most active and respected commercial brokers in Northern Colorado. With his extensive background and expertise he is well equipped to assist his clients in structuring complex real estate lease and sale transactions including investments and 1031 Exchanges.

Before coming to the U.S., Tabert employed his extensive educational background in finance and accounting to establish one of Germany’s Top 10 privately owned commercial real estate firms. In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer and head of the acquisitions department, Tabert lead the company for more than five years. Tabert attributes the firm’s success on his continuous contact with approximately 2,200 national and international investors.

Tabert earned a degree in Finance and Accounting from FHTW of Berlin, Germany. His educational experience includes participating in a Master of Business Administration exchange program through the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
