Julia D Finney - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Julia Finney joined Moore&Associates in 2008 as Vice President, responsible for leasing and overseeing property management for the firm’s five-building portfolio in Austin, and is the firm’s senior executive in Texas. Her twenty-five years of hands-on commercial real estate experience includes marketing, lease negotiation, property and asset management, and tenant interior project management. Prior to joining Moore&Associates, Ms. Finney was Director of Asset Services for CB Richard Ellis, Director of Property Management at Kucera Management, and Area Manager with REIT Management & Research, overseeing the leasing and management for 3.4 million square feet of industrial and office properties.

An Austin resident since 1981, Finney is active in the real estate community. She is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and is a past president and current member of CLBA (Commercial Leasing and Brokers Association), past president and current member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management, past board member and current member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and member, RECA (Real Estate Council of Austin). Less
