Judith Feldman - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Judith Tell Feldman began her professional career at Newmark Associates, Inc. in 2005. Feldman brings a wealth of experience to her position as Director of the Healthcare Division at Newmark Associates. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and worked for the NYC Heath Services Administration in site development. During her tenure with Mount Sinai Hospital, she was responsible for conducting space feasibility studies for hospital programs. Additionally, as research assistant to Professor Alan Enthoven of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, Feldman was responsible for reviewing proposed federal healthcare policies and its impact on medical practices.
As Director of Newmark Associates’ Healthcare Division, she has successfully represented both Tenants and Landlords. Her recent transactions have included the leasing of two facilities for Radiation Oncologists and an Urgent Care Facility; the purchase of a condo for a Plastic Surgeon and the leasing of corporate and research facilities for a biomedical research company. As Landlord rep, Feldman effected the leasing of 100% of a medical space in Randolph and 75% of vacant medical space in Millburn. Less
