Josh M Beaver - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Joshua M. Beaver, a native of Charlotte, joined The Nichols Company as a Broker in November of 2003. Since joining TNC, he has been focused on commercial sales and leasing for both landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.

Josh handles leasing for several shopping centers both in Charlotte and regionally. Josh represents several national retailers in their site selection efforts as well.

In 2004, Josh won the award of excellence at The Nichols Company. For the last several years, Josh has won Deal Makers Awards for excellence in commercial brokerage by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors. Josh has won broker of the year at The Nichols Company for overall production in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Josh became Vice President of The Nichols Company in December of 2007.

Josh is a licensed real estate broker both in NC and SC and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Josh is an active member of the Dowd YMCA of greater Charlotte, a member of Christ Episcopal Church, the NC chapter of Ducks Unlimited and CRCBR. Josh serves on the technology committee for CRCBR. Josh is a member of the Charlotte Regional Sports Commission and serves on the sponsorship committee for Fight Night for Kids, a charity event, each year.
