Joe recently joined NAI James E. Hanson with the acquisition of Schilp & Co. Joe exemplifies an enthusiasm and passion for the commercial real estate business. First licensed to sell real estate in New York in 1985, Joe has been an active principal in both ownership and management of many properties across three states: New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Joe's experience in ownership and a 33 year career at AT&T allows him to understand an owner's perspective when it comes to leasing and selling of commercial properties and land in our markets. Joe has spent the last four plus years as a full time sales associate and has earned much recognition for the oversight and completion of transactions throughout the Tri-state area.

Background & Experience

Joe has over 26 years commercial real estate experience including four years as Vice President-Sales Associate at Schilp & Co. Joe's background includes ownership and management of many different types of properties. Joe has a 33 year career working at AT&T and Bell Labs in both technical and customer relation areas of the business. Joe has held positions as a technician, service manager, manager of national and major market accounts, senior member of technical staff performing process, project/program management supporting the development and implementation of domestic and international services.

As Vice President-Sales Associate at Schilp & Co., Joe provided all aspects of real estate brokerage services including sales, leasing, land development and property management for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use properties.

Joe has initiated and completed a wide range of transactions with buyers, sellers, tenants, sales teams, legal counsel, state and local municipalities, engineering firms and property inspection services and many others. Joe's expertise and background gave him a very high success rate with many satisfied customers and clients.
