Joseph M Fryz - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

A founding partner of TARQUINCoRE, Joe has more than 25 years of broad-based commercial real estate experience, covering leasing, management, construction and development. As a former corporate controller, his financial background adds another level of expertise to this unique mix.

A native of the Pittsburgh area, Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University and an MBA from Robert Morris University. Prior to forming TARQUINCoRE, Joe served as leasing manager in the Pittsburgh office of Grubb & Ellis, and later as senior vice president of Tri-State Realty Inc. Most recently, he was president of CoRE Associates, a tenant representation firm.

Joe has been consistently recognized by CoStar Realty Group, a leading provider of information to the commercial real estate industry, as being a “Power Broker.” Over the span of his career, he has negotiated over eight million square feet of leases for numerous clients.

Joe is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Pittsburgh Board of Realtors. Less
