Hello, my name is Joe. I founded First Federal Realty DeSimone, a full service real estate firm, in 1996. While serving both residential and commercial clients, I have also developed several office and medical projects in Southern Nevada consisting of over 70 buildings. My projects developed in Southern Nevada include Pecos Commons, Vantage at Horizon Ridge, Horizon Ridge Professional Park, and College Villas Affordable Senior Apartments in Henderson.
