Jonathan Aibel - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Jonathan E. Aibel has been involved in South Florida Industrial Real Estate since 1981. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration, Mr. Aibel is a Certified Public Accountant and a past president of the Industrial Association of Dade County. As President of Pelmad Corporation, he oversaw the development, leasing and management of a 2,000,000 square foot portfolio of industrial buildings in Miami – Dade County. In, addition, with industrial partners, he developed Medley Commerce Center, North River Commerce Center, and Miramar Interchange Commerce Park.
