He also worked as a tenant representative for office and retail clients, and has worked on land portfolios in Pinal and Maricopa Counties for residential acreage and mixed use office and retail developments. He received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October 2008. Active in his community, Hammond has been a volunteer wish granter for Make-A-Wish Foundation for more than 10 years.
