John Ghiz - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Prior to starting SouthStone Properties in 2000, John was Director of Property Management for Carolinas HealthCare System where he was responsible for the asset management of real estate investments. Carolinas HealthCare System is one of the largest, not-for-profit, fully integrated health care systems in the country. John began his career in 1990 with Saint Joseph’s Health System in Atlanta as an Industrial Engineer. In 1994, John joined Mercy Health Services in Charlotte as a Senior Financial Analyst and promoted in 1995 to Coordinator of Financial Planning and Budgeting. John was promoted in 1997 to Director of Corporate Services Support for Carolinas Health Care System where he was responsible for financial reporting and process improvement for the Corporate Services Division.

John earned an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. John is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. Less
