John Doyle - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

John grew up in Ferns, Co. Wexford and his early career was with Lombard & Ulster Bank in Dublin and the Bank of Ireland Group in Dublin and London. He moved to Florida in 1984 and started a fire and flood property restoration company called Mark of Excellence, Inc. That company was sold recently to BELFOR, a worldwide restoration company with headquarters in Germany. Over a number of years, John had been putting his knowledge of the local Tampa Bay area property market to good use, by building up a considerable private portfolio of properties, with a view to establishing a full-time property management company, as a second career following his retirement from Mark of Excellence Inc.
