John joined @properties in 2006, he has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 with the National Association of Realtors®.

John previously worked for Equity Lifestyle Properties Inc., (NYSE: ELS) a self administered REIT an ELS with a controlling interest in 275 quality communities in 25 states and British Columbia consisting of over 100,000 sites.

John graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology with a B.A. in Management Accountancy. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the American Institute of CPA''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s and National Association of Realtors.

John moved from Dublin, Ireland to Chicago in 1995. He owns and manages several properties in the Andersonville, Edgewater and Ravenswood neighborhoods of Chicago. John’s specialty is finding development land and marketing new construction condos on the north side of Chicago.

John has opened and managed several successful Chicago restaurants including Hemmingway''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s Brass Rail, Cleary''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s on Clark and Fado Irish Pub. In his spare time, John & his wife Trish enjoy restoring old properties, presently they are in the process of restoring a classic Chicago Greystone.
