John K Baker - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mr. Baker began his real estate career in 1984 with Julian LeCraw & Co. which is a firm that has enjoyed considerable success acquiring and developing large multi-family and commercial projects throughout the Southeast. While at that firm, Mr. Baker was a partner and executive vice president. He was responsible for the operation of its commercial properties, the commencement of a brokerage group and participated in numerous sale, acquisition and finance transactions.

In 1993 he co-founded BDG. Since that time most of his experience has been focused on the acquisition, renovation and re-leasing of office and retail properties.

Mr. Baker graduated from Furman University in 1978 on an athletic scholarship and has earned the CCIM designation. He is a board member of two charitable organizations. Less
