Joe is second generation in the Real Estate Industry. With a long line of family who all own and operate Real Estate investments all over the globe From Israel, Greece, London, Canada, South America, and North America. His father is Israeli Arab with properties and land located in the holy city of Jerusalem he comes from the small town of Abugosh a town his family has lived in for over 600 years - that's correct 600 years! Most of his family own and operate there own business. Joe was born and raised in Queens around Real Estate, his mother started in the business when he was only two years of age. She comes from Greece a legendary city named Sparta. Known for its famous 300 Spartans. This is just his ancestry. Joe brings to the table knowledge, talent, commitment, dedication, focus, integrity & the skills to deliver results! He has the natural born entrepreneur instinct in his blood.

Straight out of high school he worked smart and saved his income. While most of his pears were out looking for adventure Joe was out looking for opportunity and creating success! In 2001 he started his first, a retail cellular phone business "Wireless Provider" with only $10,000 and a maxed out credit card at the ripe age of only 19! You can imagine how hard it was for anyone to trust or believe in someone that young but he pulled it off and proved that not only could he do it but he can do anything he became committed to. It's that sense of commitment that allows for his success. Eventually Joe built 3 brick & mortar stores.

After 3 years in the wireless industry he began looking to expand. Making a decision to move in to the cell phone accessories import business & foreseeing an opportunity he went off to China & Hong Kong and met with manufactures in order to establish terms & relationships. From that trip a successful import company "Jmatic International" was established in 2004. Within only 3 months the company grew fast and its competitors took notice. Within less than two years one of those competitor's approached with an offer. They accepted! Joe then decided to get out of the industry completely he sold all the Wireless Provider stores, Jmatic International and the valuable client list all for a profit.

In 2006 Joe then eventually dug deep into his roots and purchased a mixed use property in Queens where the next generation of Real Estate leaders are currently planting seeds of growth. Cultivating Relationships and once again proving anything is possible even in this complicated market. All this was achieved through honesty, integrity hard work, discipline, long hours, pure true hearted service and of course staying focused.
